Community our strength in difficult times 02/17/2009
While our neighbours to the south have been at the centre of an economic storm for months now, we here in the City of Toronto are bracing for its worst effects. All orders of government are investing in our infrastructure and social services in an effort to ward off the worst effects of the recession. Here in Toronto, we will continue to build public transit infrastructure, expand affordable housing and prepare Toronto to grow in the economy of the future.
